Project Scope
The project consists of the design of a
forced air system to serve a 3470 SF
renovation to an existing fire damaged
restaurant. There is a kitchen, deli area,
dinning and two toilet rooms. New hood
with associated exhaust system was
design for two wood burning ovens.
