Project Scope
This is a new office building approximately 5,800 SF with 2,800 SF unfinished space for future build out. The finished space consists of office, storage, conference and IT rooms. The finished area is served by two high efficiency split system furnaces serving perimeter and interior zones. An Arzel pneumatic zone control system was used for individual office temperature control. The building has a 800A, 240/120V, 1P, 3W electrical service with the capacity serve four separately metered tenants.
